• Cancel through September 8 (Tuesday after Labor Day) for a full refund less a $50 administrative fee
• Cancel September 9 through November 4 (the Monday before the week of the Symposium, and the last day for Online Registration) for a 50% refund
• Cancellation after November 4 is not refundable
