Legal news links have covered topics from recent SCOTUS arguments regarding the Army Corp of Engineers “jurisdictional determination” to the question of what is covered as agriculture under Right to Farm laws. The List-Serv continues to provide networking and serve as a place to post or find information on those seeking attorneys with a practice area, new job postings and upcoming seminars, webinars and educational events.
